An artisan woman from the Kankuama tribe made this creation, typical of this ethnic group. She lives in a small village located in the north of Colombia called “La Mina” (The Mine). It was made by with her bare hands by weaving a mixture of both alpaca and sheep wool.

Having learned this technique from her mother and grandmother, she is part of a 17-person knitters association, which works together when large orders are requested.
