SHIPPING & Returns
1. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship locally within the U.S. using trusted carriers. International shipping is available for select countries, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final, but don’t worry, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
a. Exchanges
Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches -often one-of-a-kind- we do not offer exchanges at this time.
b. Return shipping
Your return will only be approved in cases of damage, defect, or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered. In these situations, Tezania will cover the return shipping costs.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, since unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
c. Variations & uniqueness
Please note that slight variations in size, texture, or color are normal, and part of what makes your piece authentic and unique. No two items are exactly alike, and that’s the beauty of handmade.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tezania.com.
Include the following:
Your full name and order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will carefully review your case and, if we deem it suitable, we will offer either a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
If the replacement item costs more than the original, the customer will pay the difference. If the replacement item costs less, Tezania will issue a store credit for the remaining value.
